Joe is a talented tattoo artist from China, his versatility allows him to be proficient in multiple tattoo styles, though his brush stroke tattoos have become his signature style. Before becoming a tattoo artist, Joe worked as a barista, but his passion for art led him to pursue tattooing full-time. Today, he is one of the co-owners of Hello Ink.
